Volleyball specific strength, conditioning, and movement training at The Athlete Matrix. This program is for focused volleyball players that are looking to make a big spike (pun intended) in performance. The Matrix team contains some of GTA’s top strength and conditioning coaches. The athletes will train in a culture like no other you will find in the GTA.
All athletes get assessed to identify movement dysfunctions and will be regularly tested on their spike and block touch. This program produces results. We have a very extensive testimonial base of athletes that have made a big increases on their spike touch, block touch, and overall power output.
The program is lead by coach Reid Hall, who is a former team Canada Beach Volleyball athlete, and current director of strength training for the Ontario Blue Jays and several high performance volleyball clubs and Universities.
We have programs running 7 days a week so finding a convenient time should not be an issue.
