Personal training and conditioning at the Matrix is an excellent option if you if you want direct 1-on-1 coaching. Our highly qualified trainers will work hands-on with you to ensure progress is made. The trainer will personalize your training so that it meets your individual needs and goals.

During the first training session you will be assessed by one of our trainers or therapists. The purpose of the assessment is to identify movement restrictions and imbalances so that we can tailor your training specifically for you.

During the assessment you will also discuss goals and things that you personally want to improve on.

After the assessment the trainer/therapist will sit down and discuss a plan of attack to reach your desired goals.

Personal training at the Matrix is perfect for youth athletes, high performance athletes, Dad’s, Mom’s or anyone that has performance or health related goals.

The Matrix also offers semi-private training for those who like to work with a teammate(s), partner, or friend(s)
