You can book a Matrix coach to work privately with the athlete. The coach works hands-on with the athlete and tracks their progress to ensure improvements are made. On the first training session the athlete will go through baseline testing which will include a movement screening, spike and block touch, and strength/power tests. The athlete will be re-evaluated every month. The athlete seeing their improvements helps build momentum into their training.
