Reid is the director of strength training at The Athlete Matrix. He has an extensive background in   the strength and conditioning field working with youth aged athletes all the way up to top professional athletes. Reid is a Kinesiologist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and a Former Team Canada Beach Volleyball athlete.

Reid works with all types of athletes, but has a very high skill set in working with Baseball and Volleyball athletes. He is the director and lead strength and conditioning coach for The Ontario Blue Jays and several volleyball clubs.

Reid’s passion for strength and conditioning developed during his volleyball career. He was an undersized volleyball player so he new that his competitive edge had to be getting faster and stronger than his competition. During his volleyball career Reid got to be trained by and work with some of the top strength and conditioning coaches. This paved Reid’s path to become a high performance coach.
